1 lb bok choy, quartered
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
3 minced garlic cloves
crushed red pepper
1. Rinse bok choy and pat dry
2. Add oil, garlic and red pepper to room temp skillet and heat over medium until garlic becomes aromatic
3. Add bok choy to pan in one layer, sprinkle with salt, and cook until brown on one side (about 2 min). Flip and cook for another two minutes until the greens are wilted.
4. Remove from pan, add lemon, and serve
